About

Alexandra officially opened the doors to Design Tribe Dubbo in March 2013.

After 10 years in Sydney, it was only a matter of time before the wide open spaces of Western NSW began calling again.

The Sydney experience proved invaluable, and in the latter years Alexandra was fortunate enough to work with Mathew Stubbs in Coogee.

From initial concept designs and 3D’s, right through to handover, Design Tribe Dubbo are able to coordinate your whole project from start to finish. This includes attaining Development Application consent and Construction Certificate approvals with both Council and Private Certifiers. We have a wide range of consulting professionals we liaise with, and are able to coordinate all aspects of planning, engineering, thermal / energy assessment, bushfire, BCA reports etc.

Whilst we have found a niche in residential architecture, Design Tribe Dubbo are also able to assist with the preparation of concept plans and 3D images to help councils, commercial enterprises, clubs and not-for-profit organisations become ‘grant ready’ so that when funding opportunities present themselves, a submission can be lodged in a timely manner.

Design Tribe Dubbo also offers a Public Art Consultancy service. Depending on your Local Government Area, Development Applications are increasingly asking for a 1% ‘Fee For Art’ requirement for projects over a certain size. If you are a developer or Council that needs to include a Public Art Response as part of a project, we are able to help coordinate the whole process.
